Stretch / Flexibility

This class focuses on techniques to release tension and loosen tight muscles. You will be taught postures and methods to stretch out and extend, while increasing mobility and flexibility.


The focus in this class is on correcting alignment and establishing breath connection with movement. Connect with your body and loosen out those knots in these hour-long sessions!


This is a slow-paced yoga class where poses are held for longer breaths. This class greatly focuses on meditation and breathing. A great introduction to yoga.


Vinyasa is an open class that links breath with postures and movement such as balancing, inversions, backbends and a floor series. This increases strength, flexibility, and focus while clearing the body of toxins, leaving you feeling calm and centred.


A low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. This class offers a full-body exercise method strengthens and stabilizes your core body, so that you can move efficiently while improving your posture, flexibility, and mobility.

Basic Core Yoga

This flow-driven class focuses on core activation and engagement. The poses are sequenced to help students understand what it means to ‘move from the center’, building a strong and sustainable practice from the ground up.
Suitable for both beginners and regular practitioners.


The essence of Yin Yoga is to surrender, bringing balance to your practice and your life. Unwind and find release in long grounding postures to lengthen fascia tissues surrounding the hips, spine, chest, and shoulders. It re-energises and calms your nervous system. The perfect way to release the tension and stress from the day.


An homage to its name, Gentle Yoga is a nurturing practice. This class is low impact and meditative with focus on stretching and restorative exercises. Perfect for those rehabilitating from injuries and movement limitations.


This dynamic Vinyasa-style class synchronises movement and breath in a continuous flow of poses. A challenging way to improve your yoga practice helping to achieve balance and strength.

Strength & Flexibility Flow

This total-body all-rounded flow expands the potential of the mind and the body. Coupled with steady breathing, students are led into an easy-to-follow yoga flow that explores both their strength and flexibility. Options and modifications will be provided to suit your level of practice. Expect a fun, high energy class with a great playlist to boot!

Slow Flow

Suitable for all levels, this is a gentle, slow-paced type of practice where postures are generally held for longer yet maintaining continuous flow of poses with slower transitions.
